Receptive Music Therapy

U RELAX PROJECT
Music therapy is said to be "receptive" when it offers listening, calling on free association and psychic elaboration. It is also based on the psychoaffective and psychophysiological effects of music, currently highlighted by work in neuropsychology and neurobiology.

U RELAX

Musical induction relaxation technique with scientifically proven soothing effects
The 'U RELAX' uses the principles of hypnoanalgesia modulating the parameters of music by gradually bringing you into a state of deep relaxation and naturally treats pain, anxiety, stress and sleep disturbances through music. Nota Bene: listening to music is done via a digital platform, a quality internet connection is required.

Sessions Protocol

Psychomusical relaxation allows relaxation and the emergence of pleasant sensations, a story, memories, dreams, specific experiences...
During the sessions, please first make yourself as comfortable as possible, making sure you will not be disturbed. Dim the light, breathe deeply. Then you listen - with headphones if possible - to the 20-minute musical montage specially designed for you. Finally, you tell your feelings in complete confidentiality.
